The agency was established in 2016 to assist local businesses in growing and conquering new heights. Our experts do assessments and analysis of marketing, management and technical strategies and situations, give solutions and navigate through and out of the stormy waters.

Marketing consultancy

We analyse the position of the business, we do marketing strategy and we are not afraid of micro-management. If something needs to be done, we might as well just do it. Like run a project as a freelance team or reinforce the existing team should it be required by the circumstances.

Management consultancy

We analyse management structures, get inside our customers’ heads and optimise the system by bringing together the 3 essential parts: Experience (from both sides), Internal Point of View and External Point of View. And that enables us to suggest solutions in any situation a business might find itself.

Technical consultancy

This is mostly about a second opinion. Or a third. Or bringing in a Visionary that will take a detached look at the developing situation and come up with an outside-of-the-box solution. If you think about a problem too hard or too long it becomes the Problem. But what it needs is maybe a 30-minute chat with a competent outsider to be nudged in the right direction. And the solution will be born in your mind!
